MEET KELSEY

Helping people create lives that feel more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely seen and understood. Whether we’re working together through counseling or coaching, my goal is to create a space where you can gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move toward the life you want with confidence and intention.

MY STORY

My path to this work has always been rooted in a deep curiosity about people and a belief in their capacity for growth.

Long before I became a therapist, I was drawn to understanding what shapes us—our relationships, experiences, challenges, and the stories we tell ourselves. I’ve always believed that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, understood, and accepted.

Today, I have the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s most meaningful transitions. Whether through counseling or coaching, my approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply personalized. My hope is that every person who walks through my door leaves feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

“I don’t believe therapy or coaching should change who you are—I believe they should help you become more fully yourself.”

WHAT SHAPES MY WORK

My approach is shaped by both clinical expertise and real-world experience.

My work is informed by years of clinical practice, advanced training, and a genuine belief that meaningful change happens through connection, curiosity, and collaboration. Beyond the therapy room, my experience as a business owner and leader has deepened my understanding of the unique pressures professionals, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving individuals often carry. I bring both perspectives into my work, creating an approach that is thoughtful, practical, and deeply personalized.

Clinically Grounded

Evidence-informed care that is tailored to your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Relational

A genuine therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change.

Mind & Body

Healing involves more than changing thoughts. Together, we’ll explore the connection between your mind, body, and nervous system.

Growth-Oriented

Whether through counseling or coaching, my goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change that extends far beyond our sessions.

CREDENTIALS AND CONTINUING EDUCATION

Committed to lifelong learning in service of those I support.

My work is grounded in clinical expertise, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care. I believe that continuing to learn is an essential part of serving clients with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

BEYOND THE OFFICE

The experiences that ground me shape the way I care for others.

Outside of my work, life is wonderfully full. You’ll most often find me spending time with my partner and our two young children, embracing the beautiful chaos of this season of life, traveling whenever we can, reading, or enjoying a quiet morning with a good cup of coffee before the day begins.

As a clinician, business owner, and mom, I understand the constant balancing act of caring for others while trying to stay connected to yourself. Those experiences have deepened my empathy, strengthened my perspective, and continue to shape the way I show up for the people I have the privilege of serving.

A FEW THINGS THAT GROUND ME

Family

My greatest joy is my family. Being a wife and mother to two young children has taught me resilience, perspective, and the beauty of being fully present in each season of life.

Adventure

Whether traveling to a new place or exploring somewhere close to home, I value experiences that inspire curiosity, create lasting memories, and offer a fresh perspective.

Embodiment

My yoga training deepened my appreciation for the connection between the mind and body. It continues to shape the way I approach both my own well-being and the work I do with clients.

Curiosity

I’ve always been deeply curious about people—their stories, relationships, and what helps them grow. That curiosity continues to guide my work, inviting thoughtful questions, lifelong learning, and genuine connection.

I believe the most meaningful work happens in relationships—and it's a privilege never to lose sight of that.
